Timeshare units reflect the rustic feel of their surroundings with comfortable, yet older furnishings. The rolling nature of the landscape makes it likely that there will be stairs leadings to the unit. All units are two stories, which include additional stairs inside. Built in the 1980's our accommodations are dated and show normal wear and tear. We pride ourselves on making our villas as accommodating as possible, and are nearer to Silver Crown rather than Gold Crown Ratings.

Phase I and II Tree House Villas

Phase I and II townhouses are free standing units, where all units will have a private deck. Please expect between 12 and 15 steps to access the unit.

All Phase I and II units have an occupancy maximum of six. There will be a master bedroom on the main floor with a queen sized bed, and private bathroom. Also on the main floor is the guest bedroom with two twin beds and a guest bathroom. The loft is the only thing on the second floor, which includes a trundle bed.

Phase III - Clustered Units - (WiFi Service Is Not Available in Villas)

Phase III townhouses are a cluster of 3 units, where all units will have private decks. The clusters are made of an 8 occupancy unit, with two six occupancy units on either side.

Six occupancy units in Phase III will have a master bedroom on the second floor with a king sized bed, and private bathroom. On the main floor will be a guest bedroom with two twin beds, a guest bathroom, and a couch with a pull out bed in the living room. Eight occupancy units in Phase III will have a master bedroom on the second floor with a king sized bed, private deck, private bathroom. On the main floor will be a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed, with an adjoined bathroom to the second guest bedroom. The second guest bedroom will have two twin beds. There will be a sofa bed with a pull out couch in the living room.
